Your information is used solely to send you updates about the 12-Week Warrior program: launch announcements, pre-launch content, and related communications from Ben Ezra. That's it.
We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Form submissions are delivered via FormSubmit, a form-processing service, to our email. This site is hosted on Netlify, which may collect standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.
Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can request removal of your information at any time by emailing ben@12weekwarrior.com.
